Third Article

For my third article, I reported on a program the city of Wilmington offers called, Say YES to free trees! The program allows property owners in the city limits of Wilmington to request a free tree be planted at their home or business. The trees are 7 ft to 12 ft and are of varying types.

I contacted several people who had applied for the trees and spoke with the person in charge of the program. Here's my article!
